It is assumed that each work registration of interest form is for a single individual. If you are enquiring on behalf of yourself and someone else then you need to submit separate form for each person.

Enrolment process
Workshops are scheduled based on availability of the tutor and classrooms at the Ōtaki Pottery Club. Once the workshop date has been set we will email club members and everyone who has registered interest in the respective workshop to provide them with preferential enrolment opportunity. If there are spaces left in the workshop after 3 days we will promote the workshop to a wider audience.
It is essential for individuals to be aware that spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment of the workshop fee is required at the time of enrolment and will secure your spot. Please note that late payment of the workshop fee will mean that your place in the workshop may be given to another individual if workshop spaces are exhausted quickly.
Cancellations & refunds
All workshops require a minimum number enrolments for it to go ahead. If there are insufficient enrolments 3 days prior to the workshop, you will be informed if the workshop is to be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
Workshops are non-refundable unless in extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the OPC committee.
