Mary Helen Guest Wildcat Pick-Up for the 2023-2024 School Year!
The Wildcat Pick-Up dismissal plan has been developed to allow parents to pick up their children at the end of the school day without coming into the building to sign their student(s) out.  This is for families that will be picking up their children daily.  We strongly encourage students to ride the school bus if provided and when possible.

If your family has used Wildcat Pick-Up in the past, we still ask you to complete the form, but your Wildcat Pick-Up number remains the same and we ask that you please continue to use the same car and backpack tags you currently have.  If you are a family new to Mary Helen Guest or a family that would like to start using Wildcat Pick-Up at dismissal, please complete the information in the Google Form below.  

Each family using Wildcat Pick-Up will be issued two car tags and each student will receive a numbered tag for their backpack.  Tags will be available for pick up before the start of school.  Dates and times to pick up tags will be communicated as soon as possible.

WILDCAT PICK-UP PROCESS:

Please arrive between 3:30-4:00 p.m. to pick up your student(s) and enter the parking lot loop on the north side of the school.  Dismissal staff will be outside to direct students to the proper car.  Car tags must be visible to the dismissal staff. We begin dismissal at 3:45 p.m.

Students using Wildcat Pick-up will be dismissed at the front of the building, exiting through the front doors by the office.  Cars will need to wait in line with car pick up tags visible.  While waiting in line, please adhere to kind, considerate, and safe driving procedures.  Make sure that your vehicle is not blocking others, pull as far forward as possible and keep moving forward with the traffic.  Please do not get out of your car and please do not let cell phone usage distract the process.

***The Walled Lake Police Department is asking that all cars exiting the parking lot between 3:45 and 4:00 turn right only on Decker Road.
