For some questions, you will have an opportunity to explain why you have chosen that answer, if you want to.

Your opinion matters to us. We will use your answers to help us understand what you think about your child’s school. 

The survey is anonymous. Your responses are confidential and we do not ask for your name. The school's Senior Leadership Team will:

• read and interpret your answers and share with all stakeholders 
• put plans in place, if required, to improve the school following your responses.

The only time we may share information with other people is if we have concerns about the safety of pupils.
