This is the registration page for the GPHXO beginner's clinic on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Cholla Library at 10050 Metro Parkway East (within view of the northeast side of Metro Center Mall).  The event includes:

   - Saturday, January 4, 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Free Beginner's Clinic at Cholla Library

Note 2: By pre-registering, you are helping us organize our events by giving us an idea how many copies of our materials to print.  We will print some extra materials and onsite, day-of-event registration is available.  However, we cannot guarantee that materials will be available for those who do not pre-register.

Note 3: This is a free clinic.

Note 4: We ask that each participant separately complete this registration form.  An accurate count of participation will help us print an accurate amount of clinic materials..

Note 5: Please pre-register before Friday night, January 3, 2020 at 11:59 PM.  The pre-registration will close at that time.  We need time to print materials for our events.
