This rental agreement, between person(s) listed in this form and the Sackville Heights Community Centre, serves to inform you of the obligations placed upon you when renting any portion of the Facility. Finalization of your Rental will NOT be completed until this form is completed.

We encourage all Renters when possible to pay rental fees with an E-Transfer.

$15.00/hour + HST for Non Profit Organizations (Total: $17.25/hour)

$25.00/hour + HST for Individuals or Families (Total: $28.75/hour)

$30.00/ hour + HST for Businesses (Total: $34.50/hour)

The SHCC shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of any individual attending the function whether this damage or loss occurs inside the premises or in the parking area.

The SHCC reserves the right to have a representative at any event held in the centre. In addition, there is to be no form of adult entertainment (unlawful) at any event.

All extraordinary equipment and services (e.g., entertainment, security) are the responsibility of the renter. This includes obtaining any necessary gaming licenses.

Liquor is prohibited at the Sackville Heights Community Centre.

The member agrees to follow the SHCC recycling guidelines.
