This survey was written by Nick, Angie and Ray from the AYCC staff team in May/June 2020, as part of a review of the National Leadership Team (NLT) model that’s currently underway.

The survey results will be combined with the notes from small group discussions with volunteers and staff in order to create a proposal for a revised NLT model.

This will be taken to the existing National Leadership Team and AYCC’s coordination team for a decision in late June/early July, with the aim of launching the new NLT in August 2020.
