MAD8 will take place on September, 8, 9, and 10 2023 at La Chaufferie, an exceptional industrial site completely refurbished in Romainville, on the outskirts of Paris, in partnership with Fondation Fiminco.
Please fill out this application before May 14 to present your candidature.
You will be notified no later than June 30, 2023 of the acceptance or not of your application.

Modules MAD

Une table / One table : 350 € HT (80 x 120 cm), 420 € TTC
Un mètre de mur / One meter of wall space : 350 € HT, 420 € TTC

Module 1 with a table and a 5 m wall / Module 1 comprenant une table + 5 m de mur : 2 100 € HT (2 520 € TTC)

Module 2 with a table and a 2 m wall / Module 2 comprenant une table + 2 m de mur : 1 050 € HT (1 260 € TTC)

Module 3 with a table and a 1 m wall / Module 3 comprenant une table + 1 m de mur : 700 € HT (840 € TTC)

Module 4 with a table without wall space / Module 4 comprenant une table sans mur : 350 € HT (420 € TTC)

Please note that independent micro-publishers and fanzine publishers take priority in reservations for module 4.
Depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate your choice of modules.

Assurance / Insurance

L’exposant est informé que l’assurance offerte par l’organisateur couvre les conséquences pécuniaires de la
responsabilité civile de l’organisateur mais ne couvre pas l’assurance des oeuvres d’art ni les conséquences
pécuniaires de la responsabilité civile de l’exposant. L’exposant s’engage à assurer directement son stock d’oeuvres et a souscrire une police d’assurance le concernant.

Please note that the organizer's insurance covers the organizer’s risks only. It does not include insurance for artworks nor the exhibitor's civil liability. The exhibitor must have a specific insurance policy specifically covering all works. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to arrange their own coverage during the fair.

Annulation / Cancellation

En cas d'annulation de MAD8 pour des raisons sanitaires ou de force majeure, les exposants seront intégralement remboursés.

In the case of the fair's cancellation due to sanitary or other exceptional cases, the exhibitors will be entirely reimbursed.
