Since we will all have six periods beginning next year, we have the opportunity to go to semesters to align to the high school schedule. Benefits include:  longer period of time to bond with students, easy transition to high school. Challenges: trimester classes need to rewrite curriculum for a longer period of time (may offer 1 long unit or transition to two quarter units)
