2024 Galvin Music Festival Chaperone Sign Up Form
If you are interested in chaperoning, please fill out all of the information below. Chaperones will be chosen on a number of criteria, including order in which you apply, gender, as well as age of children and ensembles they are involved with. All Chaperones will be provided with a T-shirt for the day, and will need to be available on June 10th (8th Grade Trip) and/or June 12th (7th Grade Trip) starting at 8am until our return to Galvin at 4:45 pm.  Chaperones will be responsible for managing student behavior during performances, will ride the buses with us to and from Canobie, and will assist in managing student behavior while in the park. Chaperones must feel comfortable managing the behavior of the students (keeping them from talking during performances and keeping an eye out at the park to ensure that they are staying safe.) Chaperones will receive free lunch, a t-shirt to wear, and a park ticket.
