use photos or video footage of me in fan videos produced for Mamma Mia including but not limited to use on the Theatre Unlimited website and/or
social media pages, the Music Theatre Mississauga website or social media
pages, use for any promotional, marketing and advertising purposes or any other
use that may be deemed necessary by TUPA. I further acknowledge that the fan
videos produced for Mamma Mia may also be shared on the social
media pages of the show's licensing agency, Music Theatre International (MTI). *
