Streetreach 2020 ONLINE (Under 18 application)
Streetreach 2020 is the online, missional experience for young people in the Connor Diocese.
Streetreach is open to any young person from those who are finishing Year 8 up.
There is no cost for Streetreach Online.
Streetreach runs from Tuesday 30th June to Friday 3rd July 2020.

This will include video conferencing with young people in place of in person meetings.
Video Conferencing is planned for 8pm each evening of Streetreach.

Full details of Streetreach online will be sent by email to parents / guardians and more general details will be posted out to all participants.

Safeguarding ratios will be followed and no pictures / videos will be taken of Zoom gatherings.

Streetreach 2020 Online Permission:
I give consent for the young person named to participate in the above mentioned activities. I will not pass on this information to anyone other than my young person. I acknowledge the need for acceptable responsible behaviour on their part. I consent to my information being held and processed by Connor Diocese for the purpose of planning and administrating for Streetreach 2020 Online.
In line with GDPR the data you provide on this form will be stored securely for a period of one year from the date of signature, after which it will be destroyed. It will not be passed to any third parties without your expressed consent, except in a medical emergency or where lawfully requested by police.
