Hello and welcome to the registration form for 2023's edition of LuxCon - organized by Science Fiction & Fantasy Society Luxembourg on the
15th - 16th April 2023 at
'opderschmelz' in Dudelange Luxembourg.
With this form, we want to ask you a few things that we need to be better organised. Please answer the questions as best you can, but do not worry - this is not an exam.
IMPORTANT: as we have noticed over the years that some of the participants have given incorrect information regarding their stall size, this year we will contact you personally after you have received a confirmation. We ask for your understanding here.
Registration will be open until 30th December 2022. You should have news from the team by late January 2023 at the latest.

SELFMANU: 20€ per meter
FANCLUB: 5€ per meter
VENDOR: 50€ per meter

Bonjour et bienvenue sur le formulaire d'inscription à l'édition 2023 de la LuxCon - organisée par la Science Fiction & Fantasy Society du 15 au 16 avril 2023 au site 'opderschmelz' à Dudelange, Luxembourg.
Par ce formulaire, nous souhaitons vous poser quelques questions qui nous aideront à mieux nous organiser. Veuillez répondre aux questions aux mieux que vous pouvez, mais ne vous inquiétez pas - ce n'est pas un examen.
IMPORTANT : comme nous avons remarqué au fil des ans que certains participants ont fait de fausses déclarations concernant la taille de leur stand, nous vous contacterons personnellement cette année après avoir reçu votre confirmation. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension.

WICHTIG: da wir über die Jahre bemerkt haben, dass einige der Teilnehmer falsche Angaben gemacht haben bezüglich ihrer Standgröße, werden wir dieses Jahr uns bei Ihnen persönlich melden nachdem Sie eine Zusage bekommen haben. Wir bitten hier um Ihr Verständnis.
Das Anmeldeformular bleibt bis zum 30. Dezember 2022 geöffnet. Sie sollten bis spätestens Ende Januar 2023 von unserem Team hören.
