ITV Helping Hounds Craft Application 2022
The 2022 Helping Hounds Craft Show will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  The event will be held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 5130 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN 47715.  The space is perfect for a great craft turn out.  A donation is not required, but always appreciated. We will be offering multiple booth sizes this year and booth rental will vary depending on the size. Tables and electric will be available to rent. The show is moving towards handmade only, unless otherwise approved.  All booths must have products to purchase on site.

All proceeds benefit It Takes A Village No-Kill Rescue, 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue. If you sell a popular item, please first confirm that we do not have a vendor already for your product prior to submitting an application by emailing itvmonica@gmail.com.  We will operate on a first come, first serve basis. Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds so if you are unable to attend, any payments will be a donation to our rescue. Thank you.

Do you have any special circumstances or requests? We want your experience at the Helping Hounds Craft Fair to be as pleasant as possible and we appreciate your support for a good cause. We will do our best to help you with any special needs you may have, but cannot guarantee that we can fulfill all requests.
Vendors will be allowed to setup between 7:00-9:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Please indicate if you are available to set up during this time period. *

Do you need to rent a table? Please, comment yes and how many. Add $5 per table to your payment.
Do you need electricity? Outlets are extremely limited and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate if you require electricity & have your own extension cord. Add $10 to your payment.

Please make sure to indicate what the payment is intended for when submitting online. Vendor space is not confirmed until payment is received. *
I release and forever discharge It Takes a Village Rescue, Inc., Aldersgate United Methodist Church, its board, volunteers and representatives from any and all claims and actions, including, but not limited to property damage, personal injury to me, family members, third parties and/or any other matter attributable to my participation in the ITV Helping Hounds Craft Fair.
