One Nomination form may be filled in per candidate only.

Nominations would be curated on a rolling basis till 31st July 2022 catering to the limited slots per Category. Selected authors/writers may or may not be called for a telephonic discussion to understand or clarify points. Awardees will be felicitated at a 5star hotel in Hyderabad (Venue to be finalized shortly), on 21st Aug, Sunday.

Those unable to attend in person would be intimated on all deliverables being conducted at the venue and given option to join online during the felicitation program and award items would be sent via post after the event.

Ukiyoto Board reserves the right to determine the awardees in its respective category.

Facilitation Fee of 4,000 INR (those in India) OR 3500PHP (those in the Philippines) OR 120USD (anywhere else) is applicable and is to be paid after selection confirmation only (conveyed via email) within 3 days via online payment gateway, UPI or bank transfer without which the same spot would move to next-in-line waiting.

Nomination fee payment links would be provided after selection confirmation only.

Outstation attendees may need to arrange for their own travel, lodging and boarding (if required) for the felicitation program.
