This course requires complete understanding of the english language. it is important to understand that you must attend classes in order to be successful. Therefore, self-discipline and self-motivation are also necessary in order for you to be successful. *

• Student must attend classes as scheduled or student may be dropped from the program.

• Students must complete the enrollment process, including orientation and assessment before starting the program.

• As a WIOA Title II & AEBG funded agency, all Apple Valley Adult school students are required to participate in CASAS Assessments throughout the year. CASAS Assessments are given upon entry into the program and every quarter until exiting the program.

• All assignments must be fully completed to obtain credit.

• Apple Valley Adult Education’s zero tolerance policy toward academic dishonesty will be enforced within every course and educational activity offered or sanctioned by the school. This includes, but is not limited to, cheating and plagiarism.

• Loitering is not permitted on the campus.

• Smoking is not permitted on the school grounds (including the parking lot).

• We limited Child supervision for children over 2 years old. Please confirm availability or make all necessary arrangements prior to visiting school grounds.

• All rules and regulations relating to Apple Valley Unified School District buildings and school sites are applicable for the adult school program.
