Exhibit Proposal
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Center for Contemporary Arts! This form is to be used by Artist Members and guest artists for requesting space in our galleries.

Exhibit Proposals should be submitted via this form and will be received by the Gallery Manager. Requested files should be uploaded to the Dropbox link provided at the end of this form. As an alternative, these files may be emailed to the Gallery Manager, Trudy Six at gallerymanager@center-arts.com, or call 325-677-8389 with questions.

Proposals will be presented to the Exhibits Committee for review at quarterly meetings. The Exhibits Committee--which is comprised of Board Trustees, Artist Members, and the Gallery Manager--will make decisions about whether to accept or reject a proposal, and what gallery and timeframe are most appropriate for the exhibit. These decisions will be based on the completeness of the exhibit concept, the quality of the work presented as samples, coincidence with other events at The Center, and availability of gallery space.

Priority will be given to the Center's Artist Members over non-members or guests unless the Exhibits Committee has invited a specific guest artist or group to present. The Gallery Manager has final discretion as to the specific gallery and dates to book approved exhibits.
