Fall 2020 School Culture Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete this school culture survey.  Approximately 300 students from 6 different middle schools are being asked to participate in this survey.

There are no right or wrong answers - we just want to know how you feel.  Your responses will provide us with important information to help us provide the best possible high school experience for you.

All of your responses are completely anonymous; your teachers and family will not see your answers.  No one will ever see how you filled out your own survey.  If you would like to ask for help in addressing a specific problem, there will be a section at the end for you to put your name, if you feel comfortable.

As you respond to each item, focus on your thoughts and feelings based on your own personal experiences as a student.  Please answer all of the questions or your answers won't be recorded.
