In the framework of the SMART_IWRM_Medjerda project: "Improving Sustainable Groundwater Management of the Lower valley of Medjerda basin" funded by the PEER program (Cycle 7) (NAS_USAID) and led by the Higher School of Engineers of Medjez El Bab (ESIM) and the USGS, the project team and the Tunisian chapter of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (Tunisian Committee of Hydrogeology CTH)  organize an Academic Day with Prof.Clifford I.Voss (USGS).
The event will include a conference by Prof. Clifford I. Voss on “Density-Driven Groundwater Flow: Seawater Intrusion, Natural Convection and Other Phenomena” as well as a session dedicated to doctoral students and early career researchers to present their work related to the theme “Modeling of the transfer of solutes in groundwater ".
