Rowlett Public Library celebrates summer with an Ocean of Possibilities! Have fun at a four-day adventure with the summer’s fourth and last Teen Tech Camp, Cosplay Costume Making, on Monday, July 25 to Thursday, July 28 at 4:00 p.m.
Teens can create their own Cosplay Costumes
using fabrics, accessories, and wonderful Worbla. For teens ages 13 to 18.
Please remember to arrive 5- 10 minutes ahead of time or your spot may be given to a person on the waitlist. If you are unable to make it, please call to cancel.
