Parkwood Pop Up Vendor Fair Application
Please fill out the following infromation if you intend to purchase a spot. Booth fee is $50 and proceeds go to Parkwood High School Yearbook students for their workshop in the spring.  
Vendors need to provide own tables and can set up a tent for their area.  Spots will be 10x10' with 2-3 feet between spots. 
Building will open at 8am for vendors to arrive and begin set up inside.  More information will be provided as we approach the pop up date.
