Diabetes Provider Focus Groups
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment in partnership with SE2, a Denver-based communications firm, is looking for Colorado-based health care providers to participate in two focus groups. We are trying to gain insight into health care provider awareness of and referral to diabetes education and support programs for patients. Health care providers who participate in these discussions must be a provider who primarily oversees their patients’ diabetes treatment.

Participants will be paid $175 via electronic VISA gift card for their time.

The focus groups will take place via Zoom (video conference) the evenings of Wednesday, October 14th and Thursday, October 15th at 7:30 pm.
