- a minimum of 1 hectare of land
- at least 1km distance away from nearest poultry farms and residential areas
- road should be highly accessible to trucks
- There should ample source of water and electricity

2 Farm address and location sketch.
3 Two(2)valid ID with picture (Driver’s License, passport, SSS, etc.)
4 Two(2)pcs. Latest 2x2 Colored Picture
5 Residence Certificate
6 Tax Identification Number (TIN)
7 Birth Certificate or Marriage Contract(if married)
8 Proof of Billing (water, electricity, telephone, or Credit card)
9 Barangay Clearance
10 Mayor’s Permit and Business License
11 Contract of Lease (if the farm is rented)

Bond Requirement (upon approval of the application and farm inspection)
III.1 Cash Bond Php20.00/bird on applied farm capacity.
III.2 Dated Check payable to the company.
III.3 Land Title for REM (Subject for appraisal to determine market value of the property (60% tobe used as mortgaged value/bond), sign Deed of Real Estate Mortgage for registration of mortgage annotation)

3.6 SPA, original and notarized if not in applicant’s name and specifying that it’s for REM to Bounty Fresh Food Inc.
