Ένα σχέδιο δράσης διαρκείας απαιτεί πολύ  καλή οργάνωση και τακτική επικοινωνία με τον Υπεύθυνο/την Υπεύθυνη της Δράσης σας.

  - Make a first draft plan of your project, recording the basic information your Ambassador needs and your planning and organization requires.
  - Remember to check your plan after each activity (e.g. to confirm the next stage or/and to adapt it accordingly).
  - You may add as many activities as you like by copying the relative frame.
  - Discuss the Initial Plan with your Ambassador.
