Arriving at 9am to set up tables, signs, and a canopy (with help from team!)

Collecting boxes of donated food from a farm in Acton, delivering to the Pop-Up site in Boxborough

Meeting another gleaner to help unload food donations - timing can vary, between 10am and 1pm

Arriving between 3pm and 4pm to clean up, and put away tables, signs, canopy (with help from team!)

Dropping off empty food boxes for re-use at an address 0.3 miles away

Delivering any excess produce to a farm on Hill Rd, Boxborough

Transporting / disposing any trash or recycling away from the location

Posting on social media to advertise details about upcoming events

Working with the FreeBee Founders to prep a 'How To' kit to share with communities who might like to launch their own FreeBee project. Could be a great capstone project for a High Schooler looking for college essay material??
