Fill out the following form to be considered to serve as a Supporting Officer at the 64th Annual State Assembly.

Additional Information:
• 1st year delegates are NOT eligible
• If selected, Supporting Officers must pay a $65 Year-Round Programming Fee to cover the year-round trainings OR submit a scholarship form, this fee does not include POSO (if held in person) which will require a small fee to cover lodging and meals
• Applicants must commit to attending year-round virtual trainings and obtain an excuse from the State Office if conflicts arise
• Delegates must be listed on their Chapter’s roster in order to apply
• Fees are not refundable

Please be aware that if chosen you will be expected to attend any applicable training and carry out the duty of your office.
