The sheer vastness and power of the ocean make it hard to access. The Roving Ocean Artists-in-Residence (ROAiR) program aims to bridge this gap. To allow people to listen to the ocean through expeditions running throughout our oceans. It’s a watery portal to the life of the ocean. Artists have access to ephemeral data from the expeditions that allow them to create new narratives of this place in flux.
