Contingency Fund

Requests to the Contingency Fund should be submitted electronically to the ASWC Finance Chair (aswc_finance@whitman.edu) or  manually to the ASWC Office drop box (Reid 210) at least three weeks prior to the date upon which notification of funding  approval/denial is needed. Requests including air travel must be submitted at least six weeks prior to travel date. If you have any  questions regarding this form, please contact the ASWC Finance Chair.
