*If you have never attended a Foster Fastpitch Clinic or one of Kerri's Foundational courses before, or worked with Alli McKnight in lessons, it is HIGHLY recommended that you attend the 2 Hour Foundational Session before registering for one of the advanced sessions*
*ALL PITCHERS MUST BRING A CATCHER FOR THIS CLINIC* PARENTS CAN CATCH FOR THEIR PITCHER*
Additional Info: Please bring both cleats AND turf/tennis shoes.
Facility rules: Parents will want to bring tourney chairs/lawn chairs. If inside, siblings are NOT allowed in the cages or the exercise room to play due to safety & shared space with other sports teams equipment.

CLINIC FORMAT & PRICING
9:00am - 11:00am | 2 HOUR FOUNDATIONAL SESSION
This 2 hour session will focus on Kerri's foundational of the biomechanics of pitching that promotes pinpoint accuracy and maximum velocity. We cover the concepts of internal rotation, sequencing and ground force training, all of which are non-negotiables and foundational for developing incredible movement and proper mechanics for your pitches.
Cost: $200
*If you have never taken one of Kerri's Foundational courses before, it is HIGHLY recommended that you do so before registering for one of the advanced sessions*

11:00am - 1:00pm | 2 HOUR ADVANCED SESSION - CHANGE & DROP WORKSHOP
This 2 hour session will focus on two pitches, change ups and drops
Cost: $200

1:30-3:30pm | 2 HOUR ADVANCED SESSION - CURVE & RISE WORKSHOP
This 2 hour session will focus on two pitches, curveballs & riseballs
