Step 1: Celsius Creditor Registration

It’s time to defy loss and embrace recovery. That’s why we’re giving ETHOS tokens to eligible Celsius creditors. To claim your ETHOS allotment, please fill out this form completely and accurately. Providing false or misleading information may cause you to be ineligible for this program. 

Once completed, you will receive an email on how to verify your information and enroll in the program. Lastly, you will receive an email confirming the successful verification of your Celsius creditor claim. If you are a Voyager creditor, this form is not for you. Voyager creditors should fill out this form. If you are both a Voyager and a Celsius creditor you are eligible to receive both recovery airdrops.
