2023 FSU Tri-State Band Festival (11/12 grade only) & USF Festival of Winds (all grades)

Wind Ensemble students: before submitting to be considered for one of these events, please consider the costs involved in addition to our trips to Tampa & Memphis. We cannot offer financial assistance or fundraising opportunities for the USF & FSU events.

This form is to indicate your interest in participating in either the Florida State University Tri-State Honor Band Festival (juniors/seniors only) or the University of South Florida Festival of Winds (all grades).

Filling out the form does not guarantee acceptance/participation! USF & FSU will make selections and inform the directors, who will in turn inform students/families.

ONLY FILL OUT THIS FORM TO INDICATE YOUR INTEREST IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO THE EVENT!

Do you wish to be considered for one of the below honor band opportunities? Please consider the following:

Both occur Thursday, November 30 - Sunday, December 3 (these may not be considered an excused absences)

Both will require the student/family to pay for the cost of the event:

USF Festival of Winds: $295.00 (plus money for some meals & snacks/souvenirs)

Both will require the student/family to provide transportation to and from the event
USF takes high school students of all ages; FSU only accepts juniors & seniors
