Join a POD Mastermind Group
A Mastermind is a small group of trusted colleagues who commit to meeting at regular intervals to provide each other with accountability toward their individual goals, share ideas and resources, provide emotional support, and create a sense of community.

Each member may have different goals and be at different stages of progress. The main purpose is shared accountability toward each person's goals.

The POD Professional Development Committee (PDC) created this form to enable POD Network members to connect to form Masterminds. The Mastermind subcommittee collects information from POD members who are interested and forms groups multiple times a year. When a group is formed, they will receive an email from the Mastermind subcommittee along with a few resources to get the group started.

Defining expectations
The goal of a Mastermind Group is to provide its members with shared accountability, as each person works toward their own goals. The most important success factor is that members commit to meeting regularly, and honor that commitment.
Meeting Frequency *
How often can you commit to meeting with your Mastermind Group?
Timezone *
We have chosen to list the North American time zones, on the premise that most of our members reside there. We also include "other" for those of you living in time zones not listed here. This is our attempt to balance inclusion with ease-of-use, because the entire list of time zones is extremely long.
