The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) have obtained conditional approval to issue Pandemic-EBT benefits to eligible families for summer 2023.

Only students who attended an NSLP-participating school as of May 2023 and were determined eligible for free or reduced-price school meals as of May 26th, 2023 will be determined eligible for summer 2023 P-EBT benefits.

Submission: Our school verifies that it has submitted student data for students eligible for Summer 2023 benefits.

No Submission: Our school verifies that no students are eligible for Summer P-EBT. Therefore, we have not submitted for this collection. (It would be very unusual for a school to not have any free or reduced lunch eligible students for the school year)
