Pet / Service Animal Application
Thank you for your interest in participating in one of our programs at Sweet Retreats Casa Chango Mexico.  
This application is for people who want to bring their pet or service animal with them on their visit to Casa Chango.  Please fill out this application and we will contact you soon.

PET & SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
On some occasions participants may be permitted to bring their pet or service animal to Casa Chango. In order to maintain a safe and clean space for all of our participants, we take this policy very seriously.

A $250 USD Animal fee is required.  

Some restrictions apply including:
  • Animal must be socialized with other animals including dogs, cats, chickens, farm animals, and humans.
  • Animal cannot be left in participant's room alone.
  • Animal is not permitted on any furniture or equipment.
  • Animal is not permitted inside the gymnasium or dining areas, but can stay tied up in the shade just outside.
  • Animal must be on a leash in all community spaces.
  • Animal must be within guardian's control at all times
  • Animal must be trained to obey guardian's commands.
  • Animal must not bark, bite or invade personal space of any other participants.
  • Guardian must pick up after their animal daily.


    • If any of these rules are broken, the participants may be required to leave without credit or refund.

    There are several other animals on property which may include dogs, cats, sheep, and chickens.  Please tell us if your animal has experience living with and around other animals.

    Please be specific.  It is important that your animal is trained to follow your commands, specifically 'Come', 'Stay', 'No', 'Sit', and to stop barking.
    Are you willing to pay a $250 animal fee upon confirmation of your animal's attendance? *

    It is important that you read the policy clearly, plan ahead and set yourself up for success.  Remember if you or your animal breaks any of our pet/service animal policy rules, you may be asked to leave with no credit or refund.   Please let us know if you have any questions or clarifications.  This includes not leaving your animal alone in your room, keeping your animal in your eyesight and control at all times, keeping your animal on a leash in all community spaces, agreeing not to bring your animal into the gymnasium or dining areas.
