By requesting to join the ARC Team, you are agreeing to help promote books for Vivian Wood. Vivian releases approximately five books per year and you are required to review 3/4 of her books each year.

ARC Team Responsibilities:
➜ Promote her books. Simple, right? You can do this by sharing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and/or wherever you like to promote books.
➜ When you see posts by Vivian Wood, comment, like, and hit that share button. Facebook reveals posts with higher interaction to more people, so the more often you interact with her posts, the more likely other people are to see them.
➜ During announcements, cover reveals, new releases and sales you will receive promotion materials and verbiage that you are able to use or you may create your own. Please share these as much as possible! Any help you offer is HIGHLY appreciated!

Regarding ARCs: 
➜ ARCs are delivered apx 2 weeks prior to release via Bookfunnel.
➜ We keep track of every ARC sent, please post a review within 7 days of the release of the book.
➜ Reviews must be posted to: Amazon (if possible), Goodreads, and Bookbub. Additional reviews on Apple, Nook, Google Play and Kobo are greatly encouraged
➜ You'll submit your review links to on a google form. Failure to provide the review links means you will not receive the next book.
