Thank you for choosing FROM SEEDS TO SPROUTS PEA! We can't wait to teach your child! Please fill out one registration form per child. After filling out this form, you will need to pay the deposit to save your spot for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. The payment information will be emailed to you within a few days of filling out the registration form. Please note, this is not an automated process so may take a few days to be sent out.
