HEC students must be able to follow safety directions given by staff including, but not limited to using a safe body in the building and not running throughout HEC, staying in the assigned work area, not attempting to elope (run) from the premise, using a voice volume that doesn’t interfere with other student learning, and not displaying any violent or physical actions towards staff and students (throwing items, hitting staff, kicking staff, or other physical acts of aggression towards other children or staff present). The safety of all students at HEC is our priority and primary concern. If your child demonstrates the above behaviors, HEC is not equipped to provide a safe environment for intense behaviors of this nature. If your child's behavior impedes the learning of others, participation at HEC will be discontinued.

Select yes to show understanding of our HEC behavior policy.

HEC staff strives to build close, strong parent relationships. If a parent's behavior to HEC staff is not respectful and professional, your child may be removed from the HEC master schedule. Select yes to indicate understanding of this policy.

As a courtesy, parents agree to call (208) 518-1364, message via the Remind app, or email info@cdahope.com to report a student absence. HEC teachers spend time outside of your child's scheduled time planning and preparing for their lesson. Reporting absences helps teachers plan accordingly. Absences do NOT need to be reported to Honey Sayler. Please report absences to the teacher in charge of your child's session or call the center. Thank you for understanding this policy. *
Early Drop Off/Late Pick-Up Fee. An early drop-off or late pick-up fee will be applied when a child is left, without an adult to supervise, more than 10 minutes prior or 10 minutes beyond your child’s scheduled session start and end time. Students that are left unsupervised more than 10 minutes before or after their session will be charged a $15 fee.

Parents are required to register their child each semester for services at HEC. Due to changes in family schedules and needs, HEC has semester registration required by parents. Registration QR codes and information will be posted on the door and shared via Remind and email. Registration information is on our website cdahope.com and social media accounts. It is a parent's responsibility to register their child each semester. Teacher availability varies semester to semester. Space and sessions are limited due to demand. If registration is not completed, a child may not have a space on our schedule for the next semester. Students are not guaranteed the same teacher semester to semester due to changes in teachers' schedules and availability. A child's attendance will be taken into account when re-scheduling. Choose yes to indicate you understand this policy and that you agree to register your child if you wish for them to continue at HEC. *
