Booth Information:
This is a casual Pop-up event! Don't feel obligated to create an ornate display. Keep it simple. Booth space will be 8'x8' maximum.
Event Rules:
*All displays must be weighted and secured.
*No driving into The Yard (you must be able to pack in/out your display!)
*Nothing may be affixed to the walls of the buildings. Displays must stand on their own.
*Vendors must provide ALL of their own display. No chairs/tables/etc. will be provided.
*There are a few outlets available. Please request power below.
*If you are providing samples you must also provide a public garbage receptacle and haul off the trash after the event. Limit samples to very small sizes so attendees can be encouraged to eat at 2nd South Market.
*No flags or stakes may be pounded into the flower beds, nor anything attached to trees.
*No glass, alcohol, nor confetti
Mother Nature:
While we wish that we could control the weather, in case of inclement weather we will not be able to provide refunds. It's spring in Idaho... Who's surprised if it's 80 degrees or if it's snowing?
Co-op Responsibilities:
***Share one post on FB+IG two weeks before the event (Easy! Just share content from The Idaho Wedding Scene or the event page!) the week before the event, and the day prior to the event.
