Investment Options for Level 2:

The investment for this workshop program fee in Colorado is $1600 which includes program fee and training materials, lodging, bedding, meals, and coffee service .

Early bird registration by August 7, 2024: Pay in full by this date to receive a discounted rate of $1495.

A non-refundable, non-transferable $400 deposit is required to hold your space and is included in the fee.

Your payment secures your place. Please choose the payment plan that best suits you. *

Plan 1: $1495 - Early Bird full payment paid in full at time of registration before 8/7/2024. This includes the $400 non-refundable non-transferable deposit.

Plan 2: $1495 - Early Bird Payment Plan: Non-refundable non-transferable $400 USD deposit due now with payments of your choice to equal the remaining balance of $1095 due no later than August 7, 2024.

Plan 3: $1600- Payment Plan - Non-refundable non-transferable $400 USD deposit due now with payments of your choice to equal the remaining balance of $1200 due no later than September 9, 2024.

Payments - The payment secures your space

As numbers are limited it is essential to make your payments on schedule: Non-refundable non-transferable $400 USD deposit secures a spot initially; followed by regular monthly partial payments for the balance owing OR full final payment no later than 30 days prior to the start of the workshop to keep your spot secure. Your place is not fully secured without payment(s) submitted as selected.

Please note that your registration will only be complete once the WWCO Registrar has received proof of your minimum payment of $400 through the WWCO Treasurer. Please make your payments promptly to ensure your place is held.

Payment and Cancellation policy for WWCO - please read Carefully

1. Deposit: Non-refundable/non-transferable deposit holds space in workshop until final payment is due.
2. Deposit: Non-refundable/non-transferable at any time a registrant chooses to cancel.
3. Program Fee Final Payment: Must be made by the given due date in order to hold space in workshop. If not received by due date, space will be given to someone on the waitlist, and deposit is forfeited.
4. Program Fee Cancellation: 50% will be refunded or transferred to another WWCO program within one year when advance notice is given in writing to the WWCO office greater than 45 days prior to the event. Registration cancellations received 45 days or less and event 'no-shows' are not eligible to receive a refund or transfer of any kind.
6. Should WWCO cancel the workshop / event, all registrants receive full refund of deposit, final payment and or meals and accommodation fees paid.
