All presenters must be TAHPERD members and register for the convention unless outside of the education field. Proposals must be submitted by June 1, 2020. The first presenter listed will be notified by August 31, 2020 of presentation status. Due to the complexity of program scheduling, please do not include your name on more than three presentations. This does not include Sunday workshops or poster presentation.

Lecture Rooms (TAHPERD will provide extension cords, screens, and tables). PRESENTERS must supply LCD projectors and laptop. Portable stereos are available upon request at the registration desk.

Activity Space (TAHPERD will provide microphone in large activity spaces, extension cords, screens and tables). PRESENTERS must supply own activity equipment, LCD projectors and laptop. Portable stereos are available upon request at the registration desk.
