Private Acupuncture Wait List
I am thrilled you're interested in getting private treatments. I'm currently on the hunt for a new private office but this form is perfect for folks looking for either home visits right now or office visits as soon as they're available.

And I have good news: it can be disappointing to end up on a wait list, but when you work in birth and reproductive medicine cancellations happen all the time. It turns out babies aren't predictable. Who knew? That means I can usually bump people up the list and hopefully you'll be one of those people :)
