This registration form is for PS8 K-5th grade students only. MS8 students do not need to register,  their info will be entered by the science teachers.

Please fill out the form to register for Celebr8 Science. Students will be provided a cafeteria style table to set their work on and depending on number of applicants may need to share this space with others. Please note that students are not permitted to hang anything on the walls with tape or tacks, so work must either lay on the table or be a trifold-type board that stands on its own on the floor.
