Note that for the time being, all private sessions will take place over Zoom, or you must have a large outdoor space available if you'd like to work together in person.

Payment Terms

Payment for individual sessions must be made in advance of each session. Once I receive your payment, I will reach out to you to schedule a time for the session. No refunds will be given for purchased private sessions.

Scheduling Terms and Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of this form and payment, I will reach out to you with a link to my calendar to schedule our session. All private sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance, and at a mutually agreed upon time. You have 3 months from the date of purchase to schedule your session. Should you or I need to cancel the session for any reason, the other party should be notified as soon as possible (at least 12 hours in advance, if possible). In the case of a last minute emergency, either party will let the other know, via text or email, as soon as possible. Any cancelled sessions can be rescheduled within the given time period without additional cost. If I need to cancel a session for any reason, and we are unable to find a time to reschedule the session within the given time frame, you will not be held financially liable for that session, and will be issued a refund if that session was already paid for.
