We are keen to ensure that everyone taking part is able to participate fully. We will strive to meet the needs of all young people in the room. Please let us know if the participating young person has any additional support needs, or any needs you would like us to be aware of such as SEN, disability or anxiety. 

I hereby consent to Corridor and our partners videoclub and Brighton & Hove Museums using images created by and of me/the young person for whom I have parental responsibility for on Corridor's website and those of our partners as well as related social media networks. 

Additionally, Corridor, videoclub and Brighton & Hove Museums may use photographs in publicity material and reports, exhibitions, for internal training and evaluation purposes and in presentations about the Project.

I understand that my images and personal data will be held in accordance with (i) the Data Protection Act 2018 and any successor UK legislation, as well as (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (‘GDPR’) for inter alia archiving purposes in the public interest and/or scientific or historical research purposes and that Article 17 (3) (d) GDPR shall apply accordingly; and

I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by emailing juliette@corridorprojects.org.uk. I understand that withdrawing consent may not affect the material that has already been used.
