◸GENERAL INFO◹

▶  You will receive the full-size illustration/artwork via email, WeTransfer, or Discord, depending on your preference. A smaller, low-resolution version will also be provided. If you wish to share or re-upload the artwork, I kindly ask that you use the low-resolution version only.

▶  A watermark/signature will be present on all artworks. This will be removed only in the case of commercial projects.
▶  I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission request if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter. Please note that this may occur even after payment has been made. If I have not yet started the commission, a full (100%) refund will be issued.
▶  Commissions for commercial use are subject to an additional 100% fee.
▶  Please understand that as an artist, my style continues to evolve. Therefore, slight differences may occur between past works and the final piece you receive.
▶  By commissioning any of my services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
◸PAYMENT TERMS◹

▶ Payments must be made via PayPal or Mercado Pago (for payments in Argentine pesos).

▶  Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission. An invoice will be sent to your PayPal address to help prevent accidental transactions.                                                                                For payments in Argentine pesos, you will be provided with my Alias to complete the transfer.

▶ I can hold your slot for up to one week, but please notify me in advance. This ensures you won’t lose your place in the queue. However, keep in mind that I will not begin your commission until payment is received.

▶  The tip option will be enabled on your PayPal invoice. Tipping is entirely optional, but greatly appreciated.
You may also support me later through Ko-Fi, if you’d like to leave a tip after the commission is completed. ♥
◸COMMISSION PROCESS◹

▶  Once I contact you, I will request reference materials. These can include documents, loose images, videos, or GIFs — anything that helps convey your idea is welcome.

▶  An invoice will be sent, and work on your commission will begin only after payment has been received.

▶  You will receive a sketch for review. At this stage, you are free to request any changes until you’re fully satisfied — though I kindly ask that requests remain reasonable and not excessive.

▶  Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with clean-up/linework and flat colors. At this stage, only color changes are allowed.
After approval, I will continue with shading, lighting, and final detailing (this may vary depending on the chosen style or type of commission).

▶  The final step is the delivery of the completed artwork.

For Character Design Commissions

▶ I will first create several concept sketches for you to review, mix, and suggest changes as needed.

▶ Once a concept is finalized, I will move on to the flat color stage, providing a variety of color palettes for you to choose from.

▶ After the color selection is approved, I will proceed with final rendering.

◸TURNAROUND & AVAILABILITY◹

▶  I will do my best to complete your commission as soon as possible, but please be patient. The estimated turnaround time is 5 to 20 days after I begin working on your piece.

▶  You can check the status of your commission on my Trello board or by sending me a direct message at any time.

▶  If any unexpected delays occur, I will notify you as soon as possible.

▶ Please note that I am usually unavailable on weekends, so factor this into your expectations regarding response times or progress updates.

◸INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USAGE RIGHTS◹

▶  As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork created. This means I may use the artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to posting on websites (e.g., Roll20), prints, apparel, and other media.

▶ If you commission a commercial project and do not want your artwork used in this way, you must explicitly notify me in advance.

▶ You are NOT ALLOWED to:

→ Claim authorship or credit for the artwork, nor remove or alter my watermark/signature.

→ Use any of my creations in blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or similar platforms.

◸REFUND POLICY◹

▶  100% refund — If I have not started the sketch.

▶  30% refund — If the sketch or linework has already been completed.

▶  No refunds — Once the commission has reached the flat color stage or beyond.
