Registration for the 47th EMU GA, 2022 European Music School Forum & 14. EMU European Youth Music Festival "Remix22" in Luxembourg (Esch/Alzette) 25.05 - 28.05.2022
Dear Honorary members, dear EMU members,

The 47th EMU General Assembly will take place in Esch/Alzette and Differdange (Luxembourg) on Wednesday 25 May 2022 and Thursday 26 May 2022. It will be followed by the European Music School Forum entitled "Music School Teachers in the Future – A Profile Under Change" on Thursday 26 May 2022 and the 14. EMU Youth Music festival "Remix22" from Thursday 26 May 2022 - Saturday 28 May 2022.

We kindly ask you to register for the events using the form below. Naturally, participation in the EMU General Assembly and European Music School Forum is free of charge for all delegates. The fees for extra participants can be found in the table below or by clicking on this link:

Invoices will be sent out by the Luxembourg Music School Association (AEM). Stays during the period of the festival will be invoiced to both delegates and extra participants.

There will also be a possibility to attend the GA and the Forum online. The link will be communicated before the start of the session, and the participation will be free of charge.

Please register each participant to the GA separately. Remember that there can only be one delegate per country  who will have a voting right (there can be other participants but they do not have voting rights and do not have free participation fee).

The Luxembourg Music School Association covers the accommodation and subsistence expenses for

- presidium members (24.-29. May 2022 - 5 nights)

- honorary members (25.-27. May 2022 - 2 nights)

- one delegate per country (25.-27. May 2022 - 2 nights)

- conferenciers and invited speakers (25.-27. May 2022 - 2 nights)

on the basis of a single room in full-board (breakfast, lunch & dinner).

Cost per extra participant in single room, full-board (25.-27. May 2022 - 2 nights): 660 €
Cost per extra participant as 2nd person joining a delegate or extra participant in double room, full-board (25.-27. May 2022 - 2 nights): 460 €

Extra nights before the GA will be charged with 150 € per night per person (breakfast included) for a single room, resp 50 € per night per person for a second person in a double room.

Participating in the "Remix22" Festival on Friday 27. May (1 extra night from 27.-28. May 2022) with full board, full program and trip to Schengen will be charged with 320 € for a single, resp. 220 € for a second person in a double room.

The night from 27.-28. May 2022 without full program (just breakfast) will be charged with 150 € per night per person (breakfast included) for a single room, resp 50 € per night per person for a second person in a double room.

Participating in the "Remix22" Festival on Saturday 28. May (1 extra night from 28.-29. May) with full board, full program and trip to Fond-de-Gras (Closing ceremony in VIP area) will be charged with 300 € for a single, resp. 200 € for a second person in a double room.

The night from 28.-29. May 2022 without full program (just breakfast) will be charged with 150 € per night per person (breakfast included) for a single room, resp 50 € per night per person for a second person in a double room.

The total costs for extras will be invoiced to your association by the Luxembourg Musicschool Association (AEM) after the registration, and has to be paid before the 15. May 2022.
