This agreement releases Aimee Williams, Essie Silvers, & Aromatic Origins, LLC, Transcendent Embodiment, and "Who's Running Your Life?" from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during a class, workshop, training, or gathering at Sukha Mountain Retreat, Flat Top Mountain Road, Fairview, NC. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Aimee Williams, Essie Silvers, & Aromatic Origins, LLC, Transcendent Embodiment, and "Who's Running Your Life?" entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence or accident. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in a class, workshop, or training on primitive land. These include but are not limited to walking steep inclines, seeing wildlife (including snakes & ticks), and contracting poison ivy/oak. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I confirm that I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. I agree to comply with any and all instructions and precautions offered while on the property.

I also acknowledge that during my purchased class, workshop, training or gathering, my photo and or video may be taken and, therefore, release such photos/videos for use in Aimee Williams, Essie Silvers, & Aromatic Origins, LLC, Transcendent Embodiment, and "Who's Running Your Life?" marketing and advertising including, print, website, and social media.

By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Aimee Williams, Essie Silvers, & Aromatic Origins, LLC, Transcendent Embodiment, and "Who's Running Your Life?" for any reason. I also agree that I will not use any items created here for promotion of any other business that operates in the same capacity as Aimee Williams, Essie Silvers, & Aromatic Origins, LLC, Transcendent Embodiment, and "Who's Running Your Life?".
