Spartan Pride Award Nomination Form
Thank you for taking the time to recognize a USD 216 employee who has gone above and beyond to make sure USD 216 is a great place for our students to learn and grow. The Spartan Pride Award is intended to recognize and honor employees who make a positive impact on our students. These employees are shining examples we should celebrate and encourage our students to model. Nominations will be collected each month, and nominees will be recognized across the district. Additionally, one nominee will be awarded the Spartan Pride Award and will receive a token of appreciation.
