CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, this year, we had a number of teams cancel last minute. This created a lot of work for our volunteer staff to find other teams and where we couldn't, left gaps in tournaments which is unfair to other teams competing. In 2024, the following policy will apply.

  • 50% deposit will be non-refundable after 31 March.
  • Between 31 March and 31 June, teams will be entitled to a refund for any fees paid over and above the 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • Teams cancelling after 31 June, will only be entitled to a refund (for any fees paid over and above the 50% non-refundable deposit), if another team can be found to replace them in the tournament.
Teams that register after the 31 June will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, but will have an extension to #3 above to 8 weeks prior to the tournament start date.
In the event that the event is cancelled due to and event like COVID, teams will have the option to receive a full refund or have any fees transferred to a future tournament.
