Welcome to the Pivik Elementary PTO! Joining the PTO is an excellent way to show your support for all the great programs and activities that PIVIK ELEMENTARY PTO provides and supports for our children.

Join by filling out this membership form and sending your $10 via PayPal to pivikpto@gmail.com. PayPal is the preferred payment method, please use the between friends and family. A check may also be sent in to school with your child made out to Pivik PTO in an envelope marked "Pivik PTO Membership".  Printed membership forms are available upon request. You must be a member of the PTO to participate in, volunteer at, or attend any of the PTO functions including classroom parties.

Membership Cost: $10/Household (HOUSEHOLD = those living at the same physical address)

Receipt confirming membership will only be sent via email to those submitting a hard copy of the membership form.  You will get an electronic confirmation after submitting your membership form online.

VOLUNTEERING
Homeroom parents will be selected at the first PTO membership meeting of the school year.*
Committee chairs/co-chairs and volunteers are needed and will be available for sign up at membership meetings.*

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Meetings are held every month on the second Monday at 7:00 PM. First meeting will be held on Monday, September 13th at the Pivik Elementary School Cafeteria. Please enter from the back of the school.

*All homeroom parents and committee chairs/co-chairs are expected to attend all monthly meetings.
