Recruitment procedure
-->  All applications received by the deadline will be checked for eligibility against the general criteria set out above. If an application is deemed not elegible, the candidate will be informed as soon as possible.
-->  A Committee comprising OLIGOMED members will assign the candidates to Selection Committees (ESR specific Panel) according to their choices; the Selection Committees will have at least two members from within OLIGOMED (PIs) and - where required - including staff from the potential host institution.
-->  The selected candidates will be interviewed on-line by the Panel. Exact dates and times will be arranged within each Panel; candidates should ensure that they are available in the week commencing 8 March 2021.
-->  The recruitment team will ensure a centralised, transparent and efficient recruitment process that adheres to the European Charter and Code for Researchers.
-->  The candidates will be informed of the interview outcome by email as soon as possible after the interview date. Successful candidates will have to send a formal e-mail notifying acceptance or rejection.

Definitions used and criteria details as set by the European Commission:
-->  Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) must, at the date of recruitment by the beneficiary, be in the first four years (full-time equivalent research experience) of their research careers and have not been awarded a doctoral degree.
-->  Date of Recruitment means the first day of the employment of the researcher for the purposes of the action (i.e. the starting date indicated in the employment contract or equivalent direct contract).
-->  Full-Time Equivalent Research Experience is measured from the date when the researcher obtained the first degree entitling him/her to embark on a doctorate (either in the country in which the degree was obtained or in the country in which the researcher is recruited), even if a doctorate was never started or envisaged.
-->  Mobility Rule: researchers must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the recruiting beneficiary for more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the recruitment date. Compulsory national service, short stays such as holidays, and time spent as part of a procedure for obtaining refugee status under the Geneva Convention1 are not taken into account. For international European interest organisations, international organisations, the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) or an 'entity created under Union law', recruited researchers must not have spent more than 12 months in the 3 years immediately before the recruitment date at the same appointing organisation.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
-->  OLIGOMED (including Sixfold Bioscience Ltd) will process data collected from the applicants for recruitment purposes only, according to GDPR policies. The data will be kept for a period of five years after the end of the project for the purpose of an audit by the EU.
